How long will my purchase take to arrive?

The majority of our products are dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email notification with the royal mail tracking number once your item has been made and sent. You should receive your item within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number. (Please note your order can only be sent and delivered on business days- Monday-Saturday.)

Can I order from the US?

Yes. We are based in the UK but we are able to ship worldwide. The cost for shipping worldwide is £20.00. (This is for tracked and signed for delivery. It should arrive within 7 business days after you receive the sent email notification)

What do I do if I need to return the item?

You can return your item with the tags still attached, in a saleable condition up to 14 days after your item was delivered. Simply email info@meganismay.com and state the reason for your return. We will send you a return label via email. 

How do I know which size I am?

Our clothing is true to size so you should be your normal dress size. If you are unsure, please refer to our size chart below, measurements are in CM.

Information on Fabric suppliers

The recycled polyester fabric is made and dyed by a OEKO-TEX certified supplier in Leicester, United Kingdom. 

The organic bamboo jersey is made from a supplier in Turkey. You can see all the certificates the supplier holds here -

All of the recycled denim is made from discarded used jeans. The jeans are deep cleaned and cut to reduce waste and environmental harm.
